The patient hotel «Change of seasons» is located on the premises of the ERC at Dmitry Ulyanov str 11 bld 3. (10 minute walk from «Akademicheskaia» metro station).
When arriving on a taxi or personal car, make sure you approach via Cheryomushkinskiy Proezd entering from Prospekt 60-letia Oktyabrya. The hotel is located at the premises of ERC, which is guarded.
The patient hotel’s purpose is to accommodate guests, including parents and children, that visit the ERC from out of town. The location allows for indoor access to all hospital buildings.
The hotel features standard single and double rooms and rooms for guests with reduced mobility. Extra beds are available. Every room has a toilet, shower unit, telephone, refrigerator, TV and internet.
There is no access for the patient’s or third party vehicles onto the premises of the ERC.
Hotel guests can embark/disembark at the entry control point No. 3 (entry gate at the far end of the Cheryomushkinsky proezd, accessed via 60-Letiya Oktyabria).
CHECKING IN AND OUT
  • The hotel operates 24 hours a day.
  • Typical check-in time is 2 pm, check-out time is 12 am.
  • Checking in is around the clock. Passport is required for check-in.

  • Rooms are two bedroom. Every room has a lavatory, shower bin, telephone, refrigerator, TV, internet.
